Service Description
This service helps with the client's vision and understanding of hair history. We will do a hair assessment and color stability and review techniques, maintenance, allergies, and more. This consultation fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY 1) At the time you schedule an appointment, you will be asked to make a non-refundable deposit of $40. 2) The deposit money will be applied to the cost of your service(s). 3) The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, there will be no return of any portion. STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. - Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $25. - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 25% of the reserved service amount. - Any multiple services, combos or last minute bookings must be held with a credit card. A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
