The consultation process begins with a thorough assessment of your hair’s current condition, texture, and overall health. Whether you’re interested in starting your loc journey or enhancing your loose natural hair, we take the time to understand your vision. From treatments that restore strength and moisture, to styling options that celebrate your natural texture, each consultation is tailored to your unique needs. Because we know hair care is a deeply personal journey, we listen closely to your preferences, concerns, and goals to create a customized plan that supports both the beauty and health of your hair. -This is NOT a micro loc consultation
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy To keep things fair and respectful for all clients, please review our policy before booking: - A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This goes toward your service total. - We have a 48-hour cancellation & reschedule policy. If you cancel, reschedule late, or don’t show, your deposit will be forfeited. - Running late? Please arrive on time. More than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show. - All services, combos, and last-minute bookings require a credit card on file. - Appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours in advance, but it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment.
