Cancellation Policy
NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY 1) At the time you schedule an appointment, you will be asked to make a non-refundable deposit of $25. 2) The deposit will be applied to the cost of your service(s). 3) The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, you will not receive a refund of any portion. STRICT AND ENFORCED 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without providing sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the chance to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. - Any multiple services, combos, or last-minute bookings must be held with a credit card. A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
